Our Everyday Bar Menu offers more single serve items and is typically used for smaller parties of 10 or less. One of the many questions we get when booking a party at Tap In Golf is, how many simulators should I book? The answer to that can definitely vary depending on the size and type of group you have. It's important  to consider the group's dynamics and preferences. Here are a few guidelines for determining how many simulators to book:

Group Size:

Determine how many people will be part of the group. This will help you decide how many simulators to book, keeping in mind that 4-6 players per simulator is a comfortable number depending on experience. With 6 being the maximum number per simulator. 

Social Atmosphere: 

 If the primary goal is competitive play, we recommend booking more simulators and limiting groups to no more than 4 people per simulator. This allows everyone to play and complete within the allocated time. Typically 4 players can complete 9 holes within 2-hours of continuous play. 

If the primary goal is socializing rather than competitive play, you might want to book fewer simulators so everyone can gather and enjoy the experience together, perhaps playing in shifts. Sticking to that 4-6 people per simulator recommendation. Typically with larger groups we will set up a scramble match. This allows more players to participate.

Time Constraints:

If your group has a limited time to play, having more simulators can help ensure everyone gets enough time to enjoy a round.

Skill Levels:

If your group includes players of varying skill levels, you might want to book more simulators. This way, beginners can play at their own pace without feeling rushed by more experienced golfers.

Overall, it's usually best to keep the number of players on each simulator to around 4-6 to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. Adjust as needed based on the specific needs of your group!

Do we have to bring our own clubs?

We do have some clubs available for use, but guest should bring their own clubs if they have them.

Can we bring in our own cake/cupcakes or desert for special parties like birthdays, anniversaries, retirement ect?

You can bring in your own cake/cupcakes for special events.

Beverage options for Guest:

We can accommodate an open bar; you can provide an open bar for your guest and pay the tab at the end.

Provide drink tickets for your guest if you want to for example: buy 2 drinks for each guest.

Guest can open their own individual tabs and purchase their own drinks.

What if everyone in my group doesn't want to golf?

That's okay, we have plenty of tables and chairs for them to still be able to socialize with the group and watch the golfers. 

Do I have to pay anything to reserve my party?

No, we do not require payment until the day of the event. The most important first step is to reserve your simulators, so you have the date/time slots you want. You can adjust the number of bays as you get closer to your event. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours advance notice if you need to reduce the number of bays or time you booked

If I want to order food for my event, do I need to decide right away? 

No, it's not necessary, we ask that any food orders for your event be place at least 1 week before your event. Of course, we will happily take your order sooner if you know what you would like.

Can our group hang out before or after our reserved time?

Absolutely, we have a large bar and lounge area with plenty of seating and tables.
